Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a travel fee?
If your wedding is held in Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Echuca and surrounding areas there will be no travel fee. If you are having a destination wedding the fee may be waived depending on the location. I absolutely love to travel and explore new places.

Do you require full payment upfront?
No, a deposit will be required within 14 days of booking, with the remaining balance to be settled any least 28 days prior to your wedding. Payment plans are also available if required.

Can I reschedule if something unexpected happens?
Yes! If the pandemic has taught us anything it is that plans can change. If you need to reschedule please reach out to me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your new date.
Is the deposit refundable?
For cancellation or change of mind unfortunately the deposit can not be refunded. If under extreme circumstances I am unable to fulfil my duties as your photographer we can arrange another local photographer for your wedding or you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
I feel awkward in front of a camera!
No worries! I will do everything I can to ensure you feel comfortable with a great sense of humour and easy to follow prompts, we can get great portraits without the awkward posing.

Do you give out Raw images?
In 2024 taking the photo is only half the job, knowing how to colour grade, photoshop, retouch and then edit is a learnt skill and all images are finished to my personal editing style. I cannot give Raw images as this does not showcase my best work and will almost definitely give you below standard portraits which is unacceptable.
